Simple transfection reagent is a ready-to-use polymer-based transfection agent, with high transfection efficiency and lowest toxicity to deliver DNA or siRNA into various primary/ mammalian cell lines.

TransFecting Reagent
TransFecting Reagent is a newly formulated DNA and RNA transfection reagent. It has very little cytotoxicity but provides superior transfection efficiency. TransFecting has been proven to be able to deliver DNA or RNA into various established mammalian cell lines and primary cells to express protein or rescue recombinant viruses such as adenovirus or adeno-associated virus (AAV), lentivirus et al.
  • 1 ml is generally sufficient for transfection of 500 μg DNA into cells.
  • Very low cytotoxicity and higher transfection efficiency.
  • TransFecting /DNA or RNA/ siRNA complexes can be added directly into cells culture medium in the presence of serum and/or antibiotics. The presence of serum (10%) and antibiotics usually do not have inhibitory effect on transfection efficiency.
  • For protein expression, it does not need to remove complexes or change or add medium following transfection.

HP-TransFecting Reagent is a newly formulated DNA and RNA transfection reagent. It has very little cytotoxicity but its transfection efficiency is 2-10 folds more than transfection reagent commonly used in the lab. HP-TransFecting has been proven to be able to deliver DNA or RNA into various established mammalian cell lines and primary cells to express protein.
  • 1 ml is generally sufficient for transfection of 1000 μg DNA into cells.
  • Very little cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency.
  • Enhancer/ DNA or RNA/HP-TransFecting triple complexes can be added directly into cells culture medium in the presence of serum and antibiotics. The presence of serum (10%) and antibiotics usually do not have inhibitory effect on transfection efficiency.
  • For protein expression, it does not need to remove complexes or change or add medium following transfection.
